Steven is hands down the best inspector I have ever hired. We had a very interesting house for him to inspect and he made the time to make sure he went though everything. His inspection report was detailed with descriptions and pictures and his walk through with us was just as detailed. He even stayed longer than the scheduled time to make sure we understood everything he found. Thank you so much!

Steve did a thorough job on our home inspection. He walked through the house afterwards and explained all the issues. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home building and code.

Steve Hunter was extremely patient in asking a lot of my questions about the long term repercussions of things he found during the inspection. It really helped me to assess if that property would meet my own goals, and what extra expenses I might have waiting for me if I purchased that property. He also was clear and thorough in explaining radon results, characteristics of older wiring in the house, and potential repairs required by patches on the roof.

Timing and a thorough inspection were of the essence in my situation. Not only was Steven able to adjust his schedule to fit me in but he also provided a detailed report in a timely manner. Steven Hunter with Hunter Homes was a pleasure to work with on our 2 perspective home purchases. His thoroughness allowed as to negotiate with the sellers for improvements as well as help me as a new home owner to learn where the water, irrigation, and gas shutoffs are located.
